All work designed by elmo creative is considered intellectual property of elmo creative. Rights to all work will be released upon payment, in full, per client/designer agreement. Non-payment of work provided may lead to additional fees and/or the remainder of what is owed sent to collections. Using/displaying intellectual property of elmo creative’s must be authorized prior to use. Failure to comply may prompt legal action.
